You should possess good interpersonal skills because you will be required to interact with patients as well as coworkers on a daily basis. You should also have good communication skills, be able to work with handheld instruments, and work independently. Other personal qualities that will help you be successful in this field include kindness, being a hard worker, and the ability to multi-task.
